Encryption
One key per entry, in every plan. Security is not a paid option.

Transfer
Transferring an object costs nothing, including on the free plan. The recipient needs no subscription to receive the piece and its journal.

Leaving
If you stop paying, the account returns to the Discovery plan: the journal stays readable and exportable, and new media uploads stop.
What happens to my journal if I cancel?
It stays. The account returns to the Discovery plan: you keep reading and exporting everything that exists, and objects beyond the first become read-only until the subscription resumes.
A coupon given by a brand: which plan is that?
The Collection plan, for the period stated on the coupon. When it ends you choose whether to continue; nothing is charged automatically.
Does the person receiving an object have to pay?
No. Accepting a transfer only requires an account. The piece received counts as the first object of the Discovery plan.
Do invited members need a subscription?
No. A co-owner reaches the shared object with a free account. Only the primary owner carries the object's plan.

Nothing is billed today: Patinae is not open yet. The Discovery plan will still have no time limit and still ask for no card.
